1. The service
MAPS is a marketing intelligence platform that reads the market, helps build the strategy, tests it with simulations and produces content, using artificial intelligence.
2. Who it is for
MAPS is a service for companies and professionals. By accepting these terms you declare that you are acting in the course of your professional activity and, if you do so on behalf of an organization, that you have the authority to bind it.
3. Beta phase
MAPS is in beta. Features may change, be added or be removed, and the service may have interruptions or errors. Financial terms, where applicable, are agreed separately with each customer.
4. Account and access
You sign in with a link sent to the user’s email. You are responsible for what happens with your account and must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access. Workspace administrators manage the members, keys and connections of their own organization.
5. Acceptable use
You may not use MAPS to:
- carry out unlawful activities, or create content that infringes third-party rights;
- upload personal data without an adequate legal basis;
- attempt to access other organizations’ data, circumvent technical or usage limits, or compromise the security of the service;
- copy, reverse-engineer or resell the platform, or use it to build a competing service.
In case of a breach we may suspend access, with notice to you.
6. Your content
The materials you upload and what MAPS produces for you in your projects remain yours, subject to third-party rights in the sources. You grant us only the permission to process them in order to deliver the service. For personal data contained in your materials, we act as data processor on your behalf, according to the privacy policy and any data processing agreement.
7. Content generated by artificial intelligence
Analyses, answers and content produced by MAPS are generated by AI: they may contain errors, inaccuracies or outdated information, even when they cite sources. Simulations, such as synthetic users and the buying committee, are for preparation and do not predict the behavior of real people. Check the content before you use or publish it: the decision and the responsibility for its use remain yours.
8. Our intellectual property
The platform, the software, the method, the ontology, the models and the materials of MAPS remain our property. We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right of use for the duration of the relationship.
9. Third-party services
MAPS relies on external providers and lets you connect third-party services, such as CRMs, archives or AI assistants. Their use is also subject to their respective terms, and we are not liable for how they work.
10. Confidentiality
We keep customer information confidential and use it only to deliver the service. A customer’s content is not used in work for other customers.
11. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages or loss of profits, nor for decisions made on the basis of generated content. Our total liability is limited to the amounts paid by the customer in the twelve months preceding the event. These limitations do not apply in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence.
12. Term, withdrawal and closure
You can stop using MAPS at any time. When the account is closed we delete the project data, after giving you the opportunity to export what you need, subject to legal obligations.
13. Changes to the terms
We may update these terms. For significant changes we will notify users with reasonable notice; continuing to use the service after the date indicated means accepting them.
14. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Italian law. The Court of Milan has exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
