The marketing operating system

What the big holding groups built for themselves — evidence-based, with the team at the centre — within reach of independent agencies and SMEs.

MAPS Intelligence understands a market, helps decide, tests ideas before spending, produces the content and remembers everything. In one connected system, where people lead the work.

The vision

Changing the way
marketing is done.

We want to revolutionise the way strategy, marketing and communication are done. Not with an AI that works instead of people, but with a system that makes every person more capable.

Evidence-based

Decisions come from the market read with its sources, not from the intuition of whoever speaks loudest. Like evidence-based medicine, applied to marketing.

Thought through

First understand, then decide, then test, and only then produce. The method of a large agency, turned into software.

Skills augmented, not replaced

AI brings data, analysis and proposals; people connect, choose and sign off. The last word stays with whoever decides.

The shift

From software that stores
to software that understands.

For twenty years software has stored fragments: the CRM the customers, the ERP the transactions, the folders the documents. Connecting the pieces and understanding what they mean was always left to people.

Today a system can build a living model of its own domain: the market, the brand, the customers, the decisions and how they influence each other. It wasn’t possible before: holding so much breadth and depth together took entire departments. AI has collapsed the cost of understanding. MAPS is built on that.

The gap

The big ones have it.
The others don’t.

The large communication groups have invested in building their own systems: internal platforms that connect data, strategy and production, serving their largest clients.

Independent agencies and SMEs — the vast majority of the market — work instead with ten tools that don’t talk to each other: one for research, one for social, one for presentations, a generic AI chat. Context gets lost at every step, and knowledge leaves with the people.

What MAPS is

A full team,
in one system.

The name is the method: Monitor to understand the market, Analyze to decide, Prove to test before spending, Scale to produce. And a memory that remembers everything, so the next round starts further ahead.

Inside are the roles of a full marketing team. It doesn’t take people away from a large team: it gives a small team the reach of a large one. Choose who you are and tap a role.

Everything a large agency keeps in separate departments, available to your team: to offer clients research, strategy, testing, production and foreign markets you couldn’t before.

The symbol

The Canvas:
where the team and AI work together.

The Canvas is the project’s shared surface. AI brings data, analysis and proposals to it; the team writes on it, connects, discards, comments and decides. It is how MAPS sees work: people at the centre, with one more intelligence alongside.

Here, the Canvas of MAPS’s own project: the targets and their needs, born from the project’s modules, and on top the team’s sticky notes and comments.

How it works

A small team,
from market to spot.

The path of a real project in MAPS, for a menswear tailoring brand. The same team, the same tools, all connected.

01 · UNDERSTAND

The market, with sources

Competitors, customers, conversations, industry news: read in the market’s language, with declared sources.

02 · DECIDE

The strategy, on the Canvas

Brand identity, personas, customer journey, strategic analyses: built by the team on data, with AI alongside.

03 · TEST

The ideas, before spending

Concepts and messages put in front of synthetic users from the target, before producing.

04 · PRODUCE

The campaign, down to the spot

Posts, images with the brand’s cast and a real fifteen-second spot, with the same character from start to finish.

The spot from that project, made in the MAPS Spot Studio — in its English version, made from the Italian one with the same footage. The characters are synthetic.

Why it is defensible

A tool can be copied.
A system that learns, can’t.

AI models change, get cheaper, belong to everyone. MAPS’s value is not the model: it is what the system learns and how it connects it.

A memory that grows

Every analysis, decision and piece of content goes into the project memory. After six months on a market, MAPS knows things a newly born tool cannot know.

The connections

The value lies between the modules: a market insight reaches a strategy, the strategy a campaign, the campaign a spot.

Agnostic

The same system adapts to consumer and B2B, companies and startups, different markets, countries and languages.

New modules in days

Every module is born already connected to everything else. The Studio Set and the Spot Studio were built that way, in a few days.

Who we are

Marketing professionals,
with AI as a working partner.

MAPS comes from three careers spent reading markets, deciding strategies and building brands. The method, the product choices and the architecture are ours; much of the software we wrote together with Claude, Anthropic’s AI. That is also why a new module is born in days, not months.

Today MAPS is in beta with its first users. The direction is clear: more roles, more modules, always connected to the same memory.

The reach of a large organisation.
For everyone else.
