MAPS Intelligence
How it works

AI Chat

The project isn’t a folder. It’s someone you can ask.

Everything MAPS has read, analyzed and produced about your market — plus the documents you’ve uploaded — answers your questions. With the source of every piece of information, in tables, charts and diagrams when they help, and from the point of view you choose.

Fast or Advanced

The same question.
Two ways of answering.

Both read the same data. Fast explores: it tells you what’s there, quickly, with sources. Advanced reasons like a strategist: it structures the problem, sets priorities and closes with the next steps.

“What are the brand’s weak points compared with its direct competitors?”

The Advanced answer

Real answers on the demo project. Names are fictional.

Tables, charts, diagrams

Ask for a chart.
It draws it.

The chat answers with tables, bar, pie and line charts, diagrams and maps. And it tells you when a number is an estimate, or when a data point is missing.

“Compare the brand and its main competitors by threat level and price positioning. Show me a bar chart.”

From what point of view, on what

Choose the lens.
And the sources.

The lens changes who answers you: an expert in strategy, product, communication, consumers, distribution. The sources change what it reasons on: the whole project, only the data observed in Monitor, up to a given phase, only some modules — or your work in the Canvas.

Why it answers this way

Not just similar fragments.
Fragments and structure.

An ordinary chat looks for the pieces of text most similar to the question. MAPS also does something else: it recognizes the companies, markets and topics you’re talking about, and pulls from the project’s knowledge graph the relationships that connect them.

It connects what is scattered
One fact in Competitive Intelligence, one in News, one in an uploaded report: the relationship brings them together in the same answer.
It tells you how solid it is
Every relationship carries how many sources support it and how recent they are. A fact confirmed by three sources weighs more than one backed by a single source.
It follows the thread of the question
Relationships are chosen based on what you ask: a question about prices brings the ones about prices, not the whole graph.
From answer to document

A good answer doesn’t stay in the chat.
It becomes a presentation.

Under every answer, four ways forward. The one you need most on Monday morning: Presentation. MAPS turns the answer into a deck — cover, one slide per point with its key insight, next steps, conclusions — and the diagrams become slides.

The end of an answer: the limits of the analysis, the To canvas, As a note, PDF and Presentation buttons, and the follow-up questions
To canvas
The answer becomes a card on the project’s Canvas, next to the rest of the work.
As a note
MAPS distills its essence into a note on the Canvas.
PDF

Presentation

The conclusions

And more

A conversation that does the work.

Compare with the past

Next to today’s reading, the previous one for each report: the answer tells you what has changed.

More experts at the table

Two to five experts discuss the same question, with a moderator or guided by you, for three, five or seven rounds.

Everywhere in the project

The project chat, and a chat for each module: Competitive Intelligence, Social Listening, the websites, the Focus modules.

The answers are generated by AI: useful and fast, to be checked before you use them. Every piece of information has its source, for exactly that reason.

Ask the question.
