Everyone on the same canvas,
at the same time.
“Enable collaboration” and the project canvas becomes shared: people working in the Workspace open it and see changes as they happen, with everyone else’s cursors. At the top, the avatars of whoever is on your page: one click and you follow them as they move.
Together you import from MAPS, query the RAG Chat, run Flows, Lenses and Idea Lab, export. Create and the Note System stay in the working canvas: “Turn off collaboration” and you’re back there, with everything you did together.

“Invite guest” generates a signed link that lasts an hour, a day or a week. Whoever opens it chooses the name to appear under and joins live: they see the canvas and the cursors, add sticky notes and comment.
Everything else is read-only for the guest, and the restriction is enforced on the server too: they can’t move, delete or edit the project’s cards. Up to five active links per project, each with its expiry and last access; whenever you want, you revoke it and it stops working.

Right-click an element, “Add comment”: a numbered marker appears on the canvas, amber while the thread is open, green once it’s resolved. In the thread you reply, edit, resolve and reopen; guests comment and reply like everyone else.
“All comments” gathers them by element, with the Open, All and Resolved filters: one click and the canvas takes you there. Comments are there when you work alone too, and they go into the project’s memory.
